Listening

Listening

The first meeting (in person or via conference call), is an important phase to understand a client’s expectation, in terms of both aesthetic vision and budget constraints.

Giugno 10

Quoting

Once the scope of work is clarified and details are collected and documented, Casa Zeta estimators can finalize a budget proposal. Balancing quality engineering within the financial guiderails.

Giugno 10

Field verification

Field verification

When the quote is officially approved, Casa Zeta team is active on the project. No custom project can happen without a proper field verification, and Casa Zeta Project Managers do everything possible to make on-site visits to the site. The site survey is intended to verify measurements and evaluate any logistical elements and limitations. In instances when travel is not possible, Casa Zeta will find local professionals to do the site survey on our behalf.

Giugno 10

Drawing

Drawing

The measurements and information collected in the previous phase will enable Casa Zeta to develop shop drawings for the client and their team to review and revise before approval.

Fine-Tuning

Fine-Tuning

Once drawings are approved, all materials are sent to the client (or their Interior Designers) for final sign off.  This is a final round of verifications and approval of the project details.

Manufacturing and product testing

Manufacturing and product testing

After drawings are signed off, details are worked out and materials are approved, Casa Zeta moves forward with manufacturing. Project Managers share production progress pics with the client’s team, to ensure everyone satisfied with progress. The manufacturing process timing can vary depending on the project size and complexity.

Shipping and Installing

Shipping and Installing

Once the products are ready, they are carefully inspected and must pass Casa Zeta quality control tests. Then they are packaged carefully and shipped. Air or sea freight is used depending on client’s preference. When projects are particularly complex or if client agrees, our team of Italian installers travels to the final site to perform a state-of-the art custom installation.
